Challenge
While

users,
digital
purchases
through
e-commerce
platforms
can
seem
fairly
straightforward,
the
reality
is
that
from
the
time
you
search
to
the
time
you
click
CHECKOUT,
there
are
a
series
of
complex
processes
that
need
to
work
in
perfect
tandem.
We
needed
to
build
such
an
ecosystem,
both
from
a
UX
and
a
backend
perspective.

Solution

the
front
end,
we
took
the
brand
identity
we
developed
and
applied
it
through
a
UX
framework—all
adapted
to
digital-first
fundamentals.
This
visual
overhaul
was
crafted
based
on
a
built-from-scratch
backend
architecture;
geared
towards
a
smooth
user
flow,
efficient
order
management,
lead
generation
and
expense
management.
